Corporate Strategy
Whetstone will create a signficant Zimbabwe gold company with a sizeable resource base. To achieve this, the Company is pursuing a two-phase development plan.
Phase 1 (Completed)
- Acquisition of the Bembesi assets from Duration Gold matched by a US$5 million capital raising
- Commencement of exploration activities on the properties with the objective of defining a substancially larger resource base
Phase 2
- Acquisition for cash and/or shares of a number of additional projects already indentified by Whetstone. This will be matched by follow on capital raising.
