Whetstone announced today that, in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policy, the options granted to Paul Nagerl on March 17, 2009 to acquire 1,065,000 common shares of Whetstone were granted at an exercise price of $0.10 per share as to 355,000 common shares, at an exercise price of $0.15 per share as to 355,000 common shares and at an exercise price of $0.25 per share as to 355,000 common shares, until March 14, 2014. The options vest as to one-third thereof on each of the 12 ($0.10 shares), 24 ($0.15 shares) and 36 ($0.25 shares) month dates from the date of the grant. |
