WMI Grants Share OptionsTuesday 17th March, 2009
Whetstone Minerals Inc. ("Whetstone")announced today that it has granted options to acquire 1,065,000 common shares of Whetstone to PaulNagerl, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Whetstone, at an exercise price of $0.05 per share asto 355,000 common shares, at an exercise price of $0.15 per share as to 355,000 common shares and at an exercise price of $0.25 per share as to 355,000 common shares, until March 14, 2014. The options vest as to one-third thereof on each of the 12 ($0.05 shares), 24 ($0.15 shares) and 36 ($0.25 shares) month dates from the date of the grant. |
