Allan B. Dolan, LLB
Allan B. Dolan is a successful resource entrepreneur and founder of Clarity Capital. Clarity, a private mining company with in-house technical expertise, specialising in financing and growing mineral companies. Among his recent credits is African Minerals Ltd. which he founded in 1996 (formerly Sierra Leone Diamonds).
During his term as CEO and President, African Minerals Ltd. amassed a 36,000 km² portfolio of highly prospective mineral rights in Sierra Leone and raised approximately CDN $25 million in private funding. Thereafter, he managed the Company's £20 million fund raising and London Stock Exchange AIM listing in February of 2005 which valued African Minerals Ltd. at £72 million.
He was previously a partner in the Calgary-based law firm, Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer. Mr. Dolan has been a director of Whetstone Minerals since 1994 and is currently the company's Chairman.
