Frank Moxon, CF
Frank Moxon CF, Chartered FCSI, FIMMM, FEI is managing director of Hoyt Moxon Ltd, financial and professional advisers with an emphasis on Mining and Oil & Gas. He is also a non-executive director of AIM-quoted Cove Energy plc, Imperial Minerals plc and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment as well as a number of UK charities. A Loughborough University economics graduate, he trained initially as an equities analyst at Capel Cure Myers and has subsequently spent over 20 years in corporate finance roles. During his career, Frank has worked at Beeson Gregory, Société Générale, Old Mutual, Williams de Broë, where he was head of corporate finance and head of natural resources, and Evolution, where he headed up the mining team. He has particular expertise in matters of equity finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
